How to reach us
Motorway
From the A4 Venezia/Milano Motorway, exit at the Mestre-Venezia tollbooth; continue to the Piazzale Roma. The car parks available in this area are as follows: Municipal Garage, Tronchetto Parking or San Marco Garage.
Our facility has an agreement with Garage San Marco.

When you pick up your car, before making the payment, remember to show the receipt of your stay or the copy of your reservation, you will get a special reduction on a minimum stay of 24 hours:
- 10% from 1 April to 31 October;
- 20% from 1 November to 31 March.
From Piazzale Roma, take waterbus line 2 in the direction of Rialto (12 minutes), and get off at the Rialto stop. The San Marco Suite 755 apartments are only a few minutes away on foot.
Train station
From the Santa Lucia train station, take waterbus line 2 to Rialto bridge. Get off at Rialto or San Marco. The San Marco Suite 755 apartments are only a few minutes away on foot.
Airport
From Marco Polo airport (15 km away from the apartments), take a bus or a shuttle to Venice and get off at the Piazzale Roma bus stop. From Piazzale Rome, take waterbus line 2 in the direction of Rialto, and get off at the Rialto stop.
From the airport, there is a shuttle bus service called Alilaguna, the line orange will take you to the Rialto bridge, located at a stone's throw from our San Marco Suite 755 apartments.
Water taxi
The watertaxi is always a quick and easy alternative, and is well-connected to all parts of Venice. Get off at Saint Mark's Square or Rialto, located only 300 metres from the San Marco Suite 755 apartments.
