What time is check-in?

Check-in is available from 3:00pm.

For the reception, at number 755, our staff is at your disposal from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

After 4:00pm you can access to your accommodation using a code we’ll send to you by email. 


What time is check out?

Your apartment must be vacated by 11:00am.

Is it possible to request late check- out?

You may ask, if rooms available, a service of a "late check- out" until 3 pm. For the availability of this service and the cost, please contact the reception desk during your stay.


How can I access the property? Will someone be there to welcome me?

A couple of days before your arrival you’ll receive an email with the access code for the main entrance of the building and your apartment, which is to be typed on the keypad next to the door. During your stay you can freely access the structure, even outside of our staff’s working hours.

In any case we ask you to let us know your expected time of arrival so that our staff can be present to welcome you during the standard check-in hours of 3:00pm to 4:00pm.


Can I arrive at the hotel prior to the scheduled check-in time?

Yes, but we ask you to notify us when booking or at least the day before arrival. We will give you the opportunity to leave your luggage free of charge until your scheduled check-in time.


Do you have a lift?

As it is an ancient Venetian building there is no lift available, but upon advance request it is possible to book a porter, paying an extra fee.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Cash payments

We wish to inform you that following the new rule of Italian law, we can not accept cash payments above € 5.000,00. Thank you for your understanding.

Payments may also occur with major credit cards (VISA, Eurocard, Mastercard).

City tax NOT included on prices.

Cancellation policy

You can easily amend or cancel your reservation without penalty 3 days before arrival. In case of late cancellations or no show, we will charge the 100% of the total amount of the reservation.

With the NON-REFUNDABLE offer, guests pay 100% of the booking if they cancel, change or no show.

In case of late arrivals or early departures, the Hotel will charge the entire booked period.

A few weeks before arrival, the credit card inserted as a guarantee will be verified with a pre-authorization of the total stay.
